Submit an abstract

To submit an abstract for an oral communication or poster, please log on to your personal space on this website and go to 'My submissions'.

The abstract should be prepared using the Word file template provided here.

Please note that abstracts must be written in English.

Abstracts should be submitted (in Word format) no later than 27 May 2024.

Instructions for oral communications

Oral communications must be in English. Each communication will last 20 minutes (15 min presentation + 5 min discussion). Thank you in advance for respecting this time limit.

Instructions for posters

Posters must be in English. A0 portrait format is preferred.

  Awards for best oral communication and best poster

Young researchers (students and post-docs) are automatically entered in the best oral communication and best poster competition. A prize will be awarded for each category at the end of the event.
